A serial killer runs amok in Cape Town’s stormy weather, and Rooi and Kassie are on the case. The Love Bandit gets away with murder, and Kassie’s attention isn’t even wholly on the case, because he’s head over heels with a fellow stamp collector. To make things worse for him and Rooi, their Ghost Unit commander is under suspicion of corruption, and Kassie needs to prove her innocence.
