Hans van Kraaienburg, liberator of the aged inhabitants of Huis Madeliefie, is holidaying in Hermanus. But his host, Herklaas, is in a pickle: Grond Graaffwater, the Overstrand’s wealthiest bully, wants to redevelop Herklaas’ property in the centre of town – but Herklaas does not want to move. Hans steps into the fray: Herklaas must be provided with a set of horns, therewith to gore Grond once and for all.
